Court Report

Bradley M. Gross of 434 Evergreen Ct., charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting or obstructing an officer, and operating while revoked, had a pretrial conference scheduled for 10 a.m. April 16.

Andrew P. Weyker of Elcho, charged with OWI (3rd), had a plea/sentencing hearing set for 11 a.m. April 12.

Angela M. Jenkins of 909 Randall Ave. #B, charged with two counts of retail theft - intentionally take, and bail jumping, accepted a deferred prosecution agreement in which she must refrain from criminal conduct, and pay restitution.

Ibrahim A. Muhammad of Chicago, charged with possession of THC, was fined $783.75. A charge of attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud (party to a crime), was dismissed Feb. 20.

Cody J. Fredrick of 317 Woodland Heights Terrace, charged with bail jumping, substantial battery - intend bodily harm (domestic abuse - infliction of physical pain or injury), and disorderly conduct, had a pretrial conference scheduled for 11 a.m. May 28.

Kim R. Schlosser of Woodruff, charged with knowingly violate a domestic abuse order - temporary restraining order, battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer; resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct and bail jumping, had a pretrial conference set for 10:30 a.m. April 16.

Jeffery A. Warbelton of Pelican Lake, charged with possession of THC (2nd+ offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia, had a pretrial conference scheduled for 1:30 p.m. May 21.

Kevin L. Kaufman of Merrill, charged with failure to maintain sex offender registry, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $579.

Steven R. Kohl of Manitowoc, charged with intentional violation/endangered species, accepted a deferred prosecution agreement in which he must refrain from criminal conduct and revocation of hunting privileges.
