Anthony L. Brown of Schofield, charged with three counts of burglary - building or dwelling (party to a crime), was sentenced to four years state prison, four years extended supervision, 185 days credit, and ordered to pay restitution in an amount to be determined. Four counts of theft - movable property (party to a crime) (repeater), four counts of criminal damage to property (party to a crime) (repeater), four counts of entry into locked coin box (party to a crime) (repeater), burglary - building or dwelling (party to a crime) (repeater), and possession of burglarious tools (party to a crime) (repeater), were dismissed but read in March 5.
Keith E. Sanders of Waupun, charged with battery by prisoners, had a preliminary hearing set for 11:30 a.m. April 24.
Christina H. Patterson of 309 Wilson St., charged with maintain drug trafficking place, encouraging parole/probation violation, and resisting or obstructing an officer, had a pretrial conference scheduled for 1:30 p.m. April 23.
Christian J. Farris of 402 Dahl St., charged with possession of cocaine/coca was sentenced to one year probation and fined $443. On a charge of possession with intent - heroin (>3-10g), he accepted a deferred prosecution agreement in which he must refrain from criminal conduct. A charge of neglecting a child (harm did not occur and child under 6 years or disability) was dismissed but read in March 13.
Jered A. Decker of Tomahawk, charged with possession of THC and OWI (3rd), was sentenced to 45 days in jail with Huber privileges, two years probation, two-year license revocation, two year IID, and fined $1,784.75.
Wayne R. Olsen of 3507 N. Faust Lake Rd., charged with OWI (7th, 8th or 9th), had a pretrial conference scheduled for 2 p.m. April 23.
