Court Report

Ronald Peterson, charged with manufacture/deliver schedule I, II narcotics and possession of narcotic drugs, had a jury trial scheduled for 8:30 a.m. May 1.

Christopher M. Black of 4243 W. Lake George Rd., charged with OWI (5th or 6th), was sentenced to 18 months in prison and two years extended supervision on a probation revocation.

David L. Chapman of Lac du Flambeau, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, was sentenced to 95 days in jail on a probation revocation.

Dayna R. Mason of Ashland, charged with burglary - arm self with dangerous weapon (habitual criminality) (party to a crime), theft - movable property - special facts (habitual criminality) (party to a crime), possess firearm - convicted of a felony (habitual criminality) (party to a crime), had a hearing scheduled for 3:45 p.m. April 25.

Sheri A. Frost of Elmhurst, Ill., charged with child abuse - intentionally cause harm (domestic abuse), battery (domestic abuse), and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), had a pretrial conference scheduled for 2 p.m. May 7.

Nicholas J. Weber of 28 N. Brown St., charged with battery (domestic abuse), bail jumping, and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), had a pretrial conference scheduled for 3 p.m. May 7.

Adam W. Rappley of Marshfield, charged with take and drive vehicle without consent, was sentenced to two years state prison, two years extended supervision, two years probation, ordered to pay restitution in an amount to be determined, and fined $518. A bail jumping charge was dismissed March 8.

James A. Sciano of Antonio, Texas, charged with OWI (2nd), had a plea/sentencing hearing scheduled for 3:30 p.m. May 30.

Charlie Smith of Fitchburg, charged with OWI (3rd), was sentenced to two-year license revocation, two years probation, 45 days in jail with Huber privileges, two year IID and fined $1,780.50.

Jordan J. Leskey of Tomahawk, charged with operating while revoked, OWI (2nd) and bail jumping, had a pretrial conference scheduled for 3:30 p.m. May 7.

Derek R. Allen of Lac du Flambeau, charged with operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years), had a pretrial conference set for 1:30 p.m. June 4.

Teresa A. Kennedy of 2710 Germond Rd., charged with possession of controlled substance (repeater), had a pretrial conference scheduled for 3:30 p.m. May 7.

Joshawa D. Mc Geshick of 4020 Bozile Rd., charged with OWI (3rd), was sentenced to two-year license revocation, one year IID, two years probation, 45 days in jail with Huber privileges, and fined $1,394.
