Crime report 4-13-19
April M. Dolski of Woodruff, charged with possession of methamphetamine, was sentenced to two years probation and fined $518. On the charge of manufacture/deliver amphetamine, she accepted a deferred prosecution agreement in which she must refrain from criminal conduct and successfully complete probation.
Brody L. Hooker of 207 Woodland Heights Est., charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and battery (domestic abuse), had a pretrial conference scheduled for 1:30 p.m. May 28.
Andre S. Boulley of Lac du Flambeau, charged with operating while revoked, and IID tampering/failure to install/violate court order, had a pretrial conference scheduled for 1:30 p.m. June 25.
Michael A. Haasch of Three Lakes, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), battery (domestic abuse), and strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), had a pretrial conference scheduled for 3:30 p.m. May 7.
Melissa J. Rau of Harshaw, charged with bail jumping, OWI (2nd), and operating while revoked, had a status conference scheduled for 11 a.m. May 7.
Christopher A. Nylund of 4861 Old 8 Rd., charged with ATV or UTV - cause injury while intoxicated, had a pretrial conference scheduled for 2:30 p.m. June 4.
Randell W. Tipler of Green Bay, charged with fraud/innkeeper etc. nonpayment, and retail theft - intentionally take, was sentenced to 18 months probation, fined $686 and ordered to pay $80.47 in restitution.
Arthur J. Anderson of Goodman, charged with theft, was sentenced to eight months probation and fined $646.34. Two counts of bail jumping were dismissed March 12.
Dakota J. Slack of Elcho, charged with theft - movable property, criminal damage to property and bail jumping, had a warrant issued for his arrest March 12.
Keaton S. Gilman of 214 W. Frederick St., had the charges of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and bail jumping, dismissed March 13.
Michael G. Wagner of Marshfield, had the charge of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) dismissed March 7.
Michael W. Freund of 127 N. Stevens St., charged with stalking and 4th degree sexual assault, was sentenced to three years probation, nine months in jail with Huber privileges, and fined $761. On the charge of stalking he accepted a deferred prosecution agreement in which he must refrain from criminal conduct, successfully complete probation, have no contact with the victim, not participate in social media dating/relationship websites or make attempts to contact sexual partners via social media.
Christian J. Farris of 402 Dahl St., charged with possession of cocaine/coca, was sentenced to one year probation, and fined $443. On the charge of possess with intent - heroin, he accepted a deferred prosecution agreement in which he must refrain from criminal conduct and must successfully complete probation. Neglecting a child (harm did not occur and child under 6 years or disability) was dismissed but read in.
