Court Report

Christopher M. Black of 4243 W. Lake George Rd., charged with OWI (4th), was sentenced to nine months in jail on a probation revocation. On a separate charge of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), he was sentenced to 30 days in jail concurrent to the jail sentence, and fined $543. A bail jumping charge was dismissed March 13.

Megan K. Steele of Three Lakes, charged with bail jumping, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $2,955. Theft - movable property (party to a crime), and disorderly conduct charges were dismissed March 15.

Matthew J. Chuckel of Eagle River, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, was sentenced to 30 days in jail with Huber privileges and fined $443. A charge of operating with PAC (4th) was dismissed March 18.

Jesse J. Sabin of Stevens Point, charged with retail theft - alter price, had a warrant issued for his arrest March 18.

Charles T. Ritchie of Crandon, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and bail jumping, had a warrant issued for his arrest March 18.

Marlin S. Raymond of 803 E. Timber Dr. 3, charged with credit card - theft by acquisition, had a pretrial conference scheduled for 2 p.m. May 14.

Chad C. Wolter of Eagle River, charged with operating while revoked, was fined $300.

Tammy L. Groner of 110 Woodland Heights Manor, charged with theft, was sentenced to 15 days in jail with Huber privileges, community service at $10 an hour, and fined $400. On a separate charge of retail theft - intentionally conceal and bail jumping, the charges were dismissed but read in March 18.

David J. Stafford of 633 Arbutus St., charged with operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years), had an adjourned initial appearance scheduled for 2:30 p.m. May 20.

Erika M. Henry of Rothschild, charged with possession of methamphetamine, and resisting or obstructing an officer, had an adjourned initial appearance scheduled for 2:30 p.m. April 22.

Michelle L. James of Woodruff, charged with possession of methamphetamine and manufacture/deliver amphetamine, had a preliminary hearing scheduled for 9:30 a.m. April 29.

Robert D. Wolfe of Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and bail jumping, had a pretrial conference scheduled for 1:30 p.m. June 11.

Maric M. Torres of 940 Eagle St., charged with disorderly conduct, bail jumping and battery, had a pretrial conference scheduled for 11:30 a.m. May 21.

Jacob G. Ring of Wausau, charged with criminal damage to property, bail jumping and disorderly conduct, had a warrant issued for his arrest March 19.

Barry F. Fones of 227 E. Monico St., charged with disorderly conduct - county/municipality (domestic abuse), was fined $263.50. A theft - movable property charge was dismissed March 19.

Shane T. Hart of Oshkosh, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, bail jumping and OWI (4th), had a sentencing hearing scheduled for 11 a.m. May 22.

Kenneth J. Puffer of Pelican Lake, charged with battery (domestic abuse), was sentenced to one year probation, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim, and fined $543. On a charge of strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), he accepted a deferred prosecution agreement in which he must refrain from criminal conduct. Disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and criminal damage to property charges were dismissed but read in March 19.

Sharon A. Marlowe of Minong, had a charge of operating without valid license (2nd within 3 years) dismissed March 21.
