The following cases were recently filed or heard in Oneida County Circuit Court:

Fredi Garcia Morales, 24, of Rhinelander, charged with operate w/o valid license(2nd w/in3 yrs), had an adjourned initial appearance set for 2:30 p.m. July 15.

Austin Zachary Chamberlin, 22, of Crandon, charged with operate w/o valid license(2nd w/in 3 yrs), had an adjourned initial appearance set for 2:30 p.m. Sept. 9.

Andrew H. Moore, 20, of Chippewa Falls, charged with take and drive vehicle w/o consent, has an adjourned initial appearance set for 2:30 p.m.July 15,

Austin H. Nelson, 25, of Minocqua, charged with possess w/intent-THC (<=200 grams), had an adjourned initial appearance set for 2:30 p.m. July 8 and an adjusted cash bond of $500.

Kyle D. Hanse, 37, of Tomahawk, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse - threat), had an adjourned initial appearance seet for 2:30 p.m. July 15.

Eric C. Meyers, 29, of Rhinelander, charged with possess drug paraphernalia, had an adjourned initial appearance set for 2:30 p.m. July 15.

Alexander J. Schewe, 26, of Harshaw, charged with hit and run, and criminal damage to property, will have an initial appearance at 1:30 p.m. July 15.

Jordan J. Verstoppen, 31, of Three Lakes, charged with two accounts of battery (domestic abuse), strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), 2nd-degree recklessly endangering safety (domestic abuse), intentionally point firearm at person (domestic abuse), criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), had an adjourned initial appearance set for 2:30 p.m. on July 8.

Larry Gene Veach III, 23, of Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct (domestic abuse - infliction of physical pain or injury), had an adjourned initial appearance scheduled 2:30 p.m. July 8.

Clayton T. Philemon, 19, of Minocqua, charged with burglary-building or dwelling, take and drive vehicle w/o consent, and bail jumping-misdemeanor, had a preliminary hearing set for 11:30 a.m. July 26.

Jordan J. Hoff, 30, of Tomahawk, charged with burglary-building or dwelling, criminal damage to property, and theft-movable property >$2500-$5000, will have an initial appearance at 1:30 p.m. on July 8.

William R. Zapar, 35, of Tomahawk, charged with burglary-building or dwelling, criminal damage to property, and theft-movable property >$2500-$5000, will have an initial appearance at 1:30 p.m. on July 8.
