To the Editor:
I don't feel I am seeing the transparency we were promised during the mayoral campaign and it is so disillusioning. My support goes out to the city employees who signed the "no confidence" letter and to all other city employees who feel like they aren't being heard.
As a former public employee I worked in a very toxic environment for many years, where employees were bullied and harassed.
Administrators manipulated circumstances and situation because they had the power and could get away with it. I watched many good, hard working people leave, or be forced to leave, because of it. I may not know your exact circumstances, but I sure feel like I do. You have the support of many people in the community.

Jane, I do not follow the political scene in this community, or any others for that matter. Our whole country is in big trouble. Primarily because of the condition of the human heart. I believe that to many people run for office because they have the wrong motives. You are right about the need for far more transparency, not only in city government, but in so many other areas of our society also. Only "God" can truly help us!!
