Kudos to the contributors
To the Editor:

Once again the beauty of our downtown is greatly enhanced by the additon of the hanging flower baskets. It required the efforts of many to produce these beautiful baskets, but without the monetary contributions of many people, organizations and businesses, it could not happen. (subscriber access)
