Bill always has held a special place in my heart. He is to be commended for having a people personality and a quick wit. I recall entering the jail more than a few times with an uncooperative and angered prisoner only to have Bill to make a funny and enlightening comment that reversed and shifted the moment that gave me a smile and erased any present stress. Bill was gifted and his memory will be held deeply by those he met. Bill left deep footprints in the sand for all to see and to remember.
Take your place with God Bill and my prayers and heartfelt thoughts go out to the family.

The Strid Family.
