Barbara J. Malone
Barbara J. Malone, 75, of Rhinelander, passed away on Monday morning, Dec. 20, 2021 at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital.
Barb was born in Rhinelander on Oct. 19, 1946 to Clyde and Virginia (Marms) Rodman. She was raised in Rhinelander and was a 1964 graduate of Rhinelander High School. She was united in marriage to Jack Malone on July 10, 1965 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. She was employed at Friendly Village for over 20 years as a CNA.
Barb enjoyed going to casinos with her husband, Jack, crossword puzzles, and playing cards, including Canasta.
But most of all, Barb enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She will be dearly missed by her husband of over 50 years, Jack; children: Melanie (Mike) Kubesh of Illinois, Jessica (Dustin) Augustine of Tomahawk; grandchildren Nick Kubesh, Megan Kubesh, Emmett Malone, Conner Augustine and Tanner Augustine; siblings Nancy (Jim) Schultz and Laurie Rodman, all of Rhinelander. Also surviving are nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Virginia Rodman; brother, Butch Rodman; and by two sisters, Joan (Denny) Pietrzyk and Judy Rodman.
At Barb's request there will be no services.
