Thomas David Greene passed away at his home on March 15, 2022 after a long illness. He was born in Rhinelander, on May 12, 1959, to John L. Greene and Jean E. Greene. He attended school in Rhinelander and graduated from Rhinelander High School in 1977.
Tom spent many years in radio broadcasting and worked at several radio stations in Wisconsin and Michigan for much of his adult life into the 1990s until health issues forced his early retirement. He loved working on cars and loved animals, especially his cat, Carly. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Tom is survived by his brothers Michael and James and was preceded in death by his parents John and Jean Greene and his beloved Aunt Judy.
At Tom's request there will be no public funeral services. Carlson Funeral Service (715-369-1414) will be handling his arrangements and condolences may be left on their website at www.carlsonfh.com.
Anyone wishing to offer memorials is encouraged to do so at the Oneida County Humane Society.
