Dennis D. "Denny" Hunter
Dennis Hunter, 83 years old, passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at home with his loving wife Pat by his side.
Denny was born in Rhinelander on June 25, 1939, to Jesse and Ruth (Swanson) Hunter.
He attended Rhinelander schools. Dennis was united in marriage to Pat on March 2, 1992. They were happily married for 31 years.
Denny was employed at the paper mill for 38 years.
He loved fishing, hunting with his sons, being outdoors, and spending time with his family.
Surviving are his wife, Pat, his children, Denise (Joe) Kozuck, Jesse (Cindy) Hunter, Kenny Hunter and Joe Hunter; stepsons, Dave (Amy) Neveaux and Scott Neveaux; grandchildren, Daleigh and Trenton, Casey, Stephanie, and Samantha, and Nicholas and Kelsey, and several great-grandchildren.
Denny is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Joan, Jean and Marlene, and brothers, Chuck, Richard and Jack.
There will be no service planned per Denny's request.
