Mavis Hicks, age 88, of Rhinelander, died on March 1, 2023, in Minocqua. She was born on April 29, 1934 in Belleville, Wisconsin to Frederick and Grace (Breuling) Freidig. She was preceded in death by her husband Bud. Survivors include her children Laurie, Susan, Dee, Angela and Darin. A complete notice will follow in the River News and at www.carlsonfh.com.
