Craig "Clyde" Dale Juedes, age 53, of Rhinelander, died on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022. He was born on June 10, 1968, to John and Ruth Ann (Zimmermann) Juedes in Wausau.
Although rough around the edges, he was one of the most loving people that you would ever meet. He was always willing to lend his time and a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He was one of the biggest instigators, always looking for someone's buttons to push or a joke to be made, and it didn't matter if he knew you or had never seen you before. He had a way with making people smile, no matter who you were or where you came from, it didn't matter. He treated you just like everyone else and you were almost guaranteed to leave laughing. He saw the best in everything, whether it be a person or a thing. He was known for the amount of junk he collected and would bring home. One person would look at it and only see it as junk, he would look at it and see all of the possibilities. He never did anything without reason and although he could be easily discouraged, he had a way of seeing the good and making it known to others. He was the greatest encourager; whenever one fell down, he was the first person there to help them up.
He was truly one of a kind and will be missed by anyone who had the pleasure of meeting him.
Craig is survived by his wife Jodi of Rhinelander, daughters Lindsay and Kaitlyn Juedes of Rhinelander, granddaughter Kynlee, mother Ruth Ann O'Neil, brothers Jeffrey Juedes of Tomahawk and Troy (Missy) Juedes of Rhinelander, nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his son Jacob and father John.
There will be a gathering and a small service for Craig at the Sugar Camp Town Hall on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The family would ask that you would stay for the whole event. You may leave your private condolences for the Juedes family at www.carlsonfh.com.
The Carlson Funeral Home (715-369-1414) is handling the arrangements for the family.
