Invitational to be held May 17, 18 High school clay target event in Harshaw is full
The second annual Northwoods Invitational high school Scholastic Clay Target Program event, scheduled for May 17 and 18 at the Harshaw Sports Club, has filled completely one month prior to the event.
A list of the majority of teams and starting times can be found below.
Over 235 students are registered for the two-day event. Teams will shoot 100 clay targets per competitor on the club's 2-trap fields and 100 clay targets per competitor on the sporting clays course. Over 40,000 targets will be launched during the entire event. Schools participating (and the day they shoot) include:

Sponsors have stepped forward from local, statewide and national locations to provide equipment, prizes, raffles and other exciting additions for the athletes and spectators.
MEC Outdoors of Mayville, has made a very large commitment to the event and will be placing all new target launching equipment on the sporting clays course for the duration of the competition.
Competition at the Harshaw Club will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. both Friday and Saturday, May 17 and 18, at the club grounds. The public is invited to attend to watch and cheer on the competitors. Visitors are asked to bring eye and ear protection for safety purposes.
