Rhinelander Chamber of Commerce celebrating members during July

The Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce (RACC) will be celebrating the Chamber and its members throughout the month of July this year.

RACC kicked off "Rhinelander Chamber Month" on July 1, according to executive director Lauren Sackett.

"The goal of Rhinelander Chamber Month is to create awareness amongst businesses and the community as to what the chamber does and how we can assist them," Sackett said in a press release. "We'll also be celebrating our current chamber members and working to bring on some new chamber members."

There will be several elements to Rhinelander Chamber Month. RACC will work with current members on a "We Belong" campaign. When members take a photo with the campaign flyer and share it to their social media pages they will be entered into winning a $50 Chamber Buck Check, the release states.

RACC will also be hosting a membership campaign throughout the month. New businesses that join the chamber in the month of July will be entered into a drawing for a prize package that includes a hotel stay at the Rhinelander AmericInn. If current members help recruit a new business, they will be entered into a drawing for a free one year membership (up to a $300 value).

If new businesses, prospective chamber members, new or longtime chamber members are interested in learning more about the Chamber of Commerce and how they can assist you - there will be two free Chamber 101 Sessions. RSVP your attendance for either Monday, July 15 at 2 p.m. or Thursday, July 18 at 9 a.m.

To finish off the monthlong celebration, RACC will host a Chamber Member Appreciation event, More details on that event will be released at a later date.
