| UPDATE: Vruwink hired as Rhinelander city administrator |
Following a 15-minute open session discussion, the Rhinelander Common Council voted unanimously Wednesday evening to approve an employment agreement the city's administrative team negotiated with former Wisconsin Rapids Mayor Zach Vruwink to serve as Rhinelander city administrator.
Vruwink has been involved in Rhinelander government since May 2020 when he was hired as a consultant.
