Library changes netbook policy so users cannot monopolize machines
The Rhinelander District Library Board of Trustees approved a change last week to its netbook checkout policy. According to Library Director Virginia Roberts, a single patron has been repeatedly borrowing one of the three netbooks. The netbooks are available to borrow for 24 hours at a time. The patron in question had been returning the netbook, waiting 10 minutes, then checking the netbook out again, Roberts said. (Subscriber access)
