1/5/2017 7:30:00 AM RHS Jeans for Teens drive to conclude at Jan. 10 basketball game
The Rhinelander High School FBLA/DECA chapter is extending its Jeans for Teens drive due to the cancellation of school in December. The final collection date will now be Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017.
A collection will take place that night during the girls' basketball game between Tomahawk and Rhinelander at the Jim Miazga Community Gymnasium. Fans who bring a pair of jeans to donate at the contest will receive free admission.
Donated jeans can be women's, men's and children's size or of any style or condition. In addition to the girls' basketball game, RHS FBLA/DECA has collection boxes are located at the following locations: Rhinelander High School, James Williams Middle School, Central School, Crescent Elementary School, Pelican Elementary School, Coffee Beans Etc., Bath & Body Creations and Coffee Haus, the Rhinelander District Library and Senior Home Care.
All jeans donated will go to Frederick Place in downtown Rhinelander and Family Resource Connection.
