The James Williams Middle School swim team hosted its only home meet of the season Tuesday, taking first place in a triangular meet against D.C. Everest Middle School and Merrill's Prairie River Middle School at the Heck Family Community Pool.

Coming off a loss, the Lake Tomahawk Snowhawks showed no signs of a letdown this week. Shamrock Pub and Eatery was the opponent this week at Snowshoe Park. The Snowhawks took control of the game early and posted a 19-12 victory.
