BREAKING: Byrka resigns as RHS girls' swim coach
Lindsay Byrka is out as the head girls' swim coach at Rhinelander High School, effectively immediately, resigning after talks with the School District of Rhinelander regarding her contract reached an impasse Wednesday.

The Hodags essentially held serve in the Great Northern Conference race Thursday with a 7-0 sweep of Lakeland at the RHS tennis courts.

Hugh Wiese scored with less than three minutes remaining in the first half and Jonus Sabani found the back of the net only 15 seconds into the second as the Hodags beat 3-1 Medford Thursday in Stetsonville.
