The Northwoods Members-at-Large (MAL) League of Women Voters Wisconsin (LWVWI), a non-partisan group, will meet on Thursday, Feb. 7 at 10 a.m. in the Cedar Room of the Oneida County Senior Center, 100 West Keenan St, Rhinelander. (across the parking lot from Trig's) We will continue the discussion about becoming a Local League.
Meetings alternate between Rhinelander and Minocqua with meeting times of mornings, afternoons, and evenings to accommodate various schedules of members and those interested in becoming members. The public is invited to attend.

Since 1920 the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin and its Local Leagues or Groups throughout the state have participated in grassroots movements including voting rights, voter education and many other individual liberty issues. The League is a non-partisan organization. While the League never supports or opposes candidates or political parties, its Education Network does take stands on political issues that members have studied.
