Chamber announces 50-50 raffle to benefit Rhinelander Fourth of July fireworks display

The Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce (RACC) has announced a 50/50 raffle to benefit the City of Rhinelander's 2020 Fourth of July fireworks display. Tickets will be on sale at the chamber office and several other locations throughout the month of June, chamber officials said in a press release.

The winner will receive a cash prize of 50 percent of the proceeds. The winning ticket will be drawn at 10 a.m. July 1. The other 50 percent of the proceeds will go toward the 2020 City of Rhinelander fireworks display. Tickets for the raffle will be sold for $5 and you do not need to be present to win.

"The Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce wants Rhinelander to be the perfect place for a Fourth of July Stay-cation," RACC Executive Director Lauren Sackett said in the press release. "We have a top-notch Fourth of July Parade and we'd like the festivities to continue through the rest of the day with an amazing fireworks display."

Tickets can be purchased during the month of June anytime at the Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce. RACC hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The public is also encouraged to visit the Chamber Facebook page for specific hours of other ticket sale events. Those interested will have one final opportunity to purchase tickets on Friday, June 28, with a pop-up tent sale in the Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce parking lot from noon to 3 p.m.

Those who are interested in learning more about the Fourth of July 50/50 raffle can contact the Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce at 715-365-7464.
