The Aging and Disability Resource Centers of Oneida and Vilas counties, in collaboration with Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, will offer the free seminar "Final Affairs" Nov. 7.
The event, which will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Eagle River, is designed to be a guide to arranging personal, health, and legal affairs, according to an ADRC press release.
Topics will include "Trusts versus Wills" by attorney Collin Mettelka, Law Firm Moustakis & Mettelka; "Funeral Planning" by Tom Busha, Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home; "Financial Planning" by Michael Boyd, Boyd Financial Service LLC; and "Advance Health Care Planning" by Colette Zunk, Marshfield Clinic social worker.
Also, included that day is a "Final Affairs" workbook for participants to take home and use to organize important information. Seating is limited; call the ADRC of Vilas County at 715-479-3725 for advanced registration by Nov. 5.
