Norman Gary Skinner, age 87 of Rhinelander, died on April 23, 2024, at his home. He was born on June 22, 1936, in Eagle River, the son of Chester and Clara (Steadman) Skinner. After his schooling he served his country as a member of the U.S. Marine Corp.
